The online service was easy to navigate and there were plenty of suitable dates for me to choose from. It was lovely to walk into the showroom and immediately be recognised by (I think) Michael, even though a year had passed since I'd been there. He treated me with respect and friendliness and booked my car in for it's service right away. When I collected my car he was on his lunch break, but phoned me up later to apologise (unnecessarily) for not being there. A lovely young man and a great asset to the company.
