Unfortunately I had to return the car just after the service due to a faulty boot lock, but this had no connection with the servicing which was very good.

Michael was excellent as the customer service rep and ensured that my cars Service Book was in the Car prior to the Service. On arrival home I noticed that the book had NOT been stamped with the dealership acknowledgment that a 3rd Year Service or bodywork check had been carried out.
