cust purchased a new vehicle unaware that she would have to drive, she only covers 6 miles a day. The vehicle has been back in about 6 time due GPF filter. now the cust has been advised that the roadside assistance has now expired. Her son has been on the phone today and is very frustrated.

Hello, only because you are asking I will share with you. Had to rearrange appointment because your call centre didn't book me the time they gave me. Had to go back next day. That's how I encountered one of your female staff at front of house who was rude,so annoyed and exchanged no pleasantries at all. I was more than pleasant with her. Her customer services abilities are non existant. No, thank you,Hello,sorry she just looked at me ,took keys and handed them back. On another note service was quick and efficient. Car I was interested in was wrongly priced but I got that information when I just arrived to the show room. I gave them a call before I went down and no information was given to me that car is wrongly priced. So disappointing!

Nathan was very helpful. The only downer is the lack of preparedness by the dealership to give a valuation on my car. That the value of my trade in car seems to vary dependent on the car I might buy does not inspire confidence.

HelloI've been given this email address in relation to an issue that I've been trying to get resolved with the Newtownabbey Branch. Chloe Robson, from your customer service team, has been trying to get in contact with them, on my behalf, for over a month and they are not responding to/actioning her emails.The branch had my car in for a service and some work on 28 January 2026. Everything when smoothly but when the car was returned I noticed that the gear shift indicator had stopped working. I contacted Chloe and she advised shed raised the issue with the branch. Several requests and emails later and I haven't heard from the branch at all.Chloe has advised that this complaints process is the next step.Can someone please contact me about how to resolve this minor issue?My reg is RV70 MGZ.
