Forcing presintations about finance on someone who clearly stated multiple times that they didnt want finance. Have zero room for negotiation. S3lling a dirty car with damaged rims and trying to let on like rim restoration is a perk. I expect better from Kia. I swiftly went to mazda right after and bought an alternative car.

I part exchange one car for another. THe dealership failed to settle the credit agreement. I was contacted by the finance company to advise on the missed payments and that it would have a detrimental effect on my credit score, i contacted Charles Hurst twice on the first day and was promised someone would ring me back. On the second day I contacted the manager who did get the credit agreement sorted but i am now over £300 short. The manager asked me to send through proof of payment which I did and have heard nothing since. Not even an acknowledgement e amil
