Nathan was very helpful with the enquiry about an EV3. Video sent through was excellent. Unfortunately I was able to get a much better deal from another Kia dealer on price saving £1500

Having dealt with CH Kia for quite a number of years when it came to changing our car this latest experience left us cold. It was lap-top dominated and by a 'protocol' that had to be followed that took no account of our personal circumstances - a sham application for finance had to be set up even though we would have been paying cash for any change and not seeking finance. Unlike previous sales-people we had dealt with, on this occasion there was simply no 'connection.'
