Delighted with the customer service I received from the service team, very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, extremely clean and tidy dealership,

I part exchange one car for another. THe dealership failed to settle the credit agreement. I was contacted by the finance company to advise on the missed payments and that it would have a detrimental effect on my credit score, i contacted Charles Hurst twice on the first day and was promised someone would ring me back. On the second day I contacted the manager who did get the credit agreement sorted but i am now over £300 short. The manager asked me to send through proof of payment which I did and have heard nothing since. Not even an acknowledgement e amil

Customer is not happy that she was told to enterprise for a hire and CH can not supply a courtesy when the vehicle is booked for an Oil change which should not be due on vehicle. This is the 2nd complaint the customer has made about this. Customer complaint is direct at the whole of Charles Hurst in general. Customer is Motability customer
