Everything went well.

I gave 5 stars as I found James in Newtownabbey a very pleasant young man who made my experience of buying my new car extremely easy from start to finish. After test driving the car on Saturday, I contacted James on Monday and told him, while I was 98% sure i would take the car, I would like to drive it again to be sure. I told him it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before I could go back and he said he would keep the car for me. He explained everything about the process very professionally and was a pleasure to deal with.

The staff are courteous and we'll informed, they take time to explain everything very thoroughly, it was a pleasure to get my vehicle from them.

James was very friendly and professional. He was very patient while explaining the process of the mobility scheme. Jame also took me through the set up of the car and explaining everything in simple detail, which was very helpful. I wasn't able to pick my car up on designated day, James made arrangements for me to pick it up a few days later. I would recommend anyone to go to James as he was so helpful with my first mobility car.

I have visited the showroom on two occasions recently and both times the staff have shown excellent customer service. Newtownabbey isn't my local showroom but I'm happy to travel
