After booking an appointment for a test drive your sales man Christopher sent me a video which was useful prior to seeing the car. The test drive was enjoyable, Christopher was able to answer all my questions. I found him very pleasant and helpful. I think he is a big asset to Charles Hurst Kia.

James Bacon was truly amazing throughout the process. He was able to source me a vehicle which I wanted and delivered within 3weeks . He kept me informed throughout.
