The garage got my name wrong - it is not Jim - it is Graham !!!

We were dealing with a staff member called James Bacon. He is the most helpful and kind car salesman we have met on our quest for a new car. We were due to return to him to discuss purchasing a Kia Niro but unfortunately family circumstances meant we have had to delay. We will return to James when we can.

Lack of staff a problem.
