I was quite happy with my experience and sevice from Charles Hurst Kia Newtownabbey. Friendly and helpful staff. Only slight down side was problems having service report/receipt e-mailed to me and no video. That being said I would have no problem recommending them.

When I initially agreed to buy the vehicle it was agreed that certain defects would be fixed. However, when I returned to collect my new car I was very disappointed to find out that some of these defects had not been fixed. There had been ample opportunity for the salesman to inform me that the defects could/would not be fixed. Considering that the dealership is 1 hours drive from where I live I think it was extremely disappointing that it wasn't until I was collecting my car that I found this out. This left me with a negative impression of the dealership.
