Service was carried out in a timely way and all in all a painless experience. Would have been helpful if confirmation email had the time of appointment as well as date but only a small niggle. Intend to book next year's service with you again.

My only problem as I have said in the other survey sent to me is that I felt I was not listened to when booking the service and although the staff are very good mostly I felt I wasn’t listened to when I tried to explain my problem.
