My only problem as I have said in the other survey sent to me is that I felt I was not listened to when booking the service and although the staff are very good mostly I felt I wasn’t listened to when I tried to explain my problem.

the handover of our new car was fantastic. Hats off to John Sheppard who gave us a very detailed and comprehensive run down on how everything worked, Sat Nav, Media, Car Play etc. Couldn't have been better!
