James did the handover of my new car . From first meeting James to choose my car until the final day driving out of hurst he was amazing ,he was kind and just overall “nice” I felt so comfortable with James he explained everything and was very clear and patient he went over and above to make sure I understood everything , nothing was to much trouble .He made this an experience that was so enjoyable I will definitely highly recommend Charles hurst Newtownabbey and will definitely be using them in future .
