Fantastic information provided and very personal approach

I felt very at ease and very welcome whole I waited on my safety software to be updated. Friendly invititing staff. I spoke with Una while I booked my car in. Una was very friendly also and had a very comforting ora surrounding her. All in all, a lovely lady. I also spoke to Dougie. Dougie has been super helpful to me since my initial contact through looking for my Range Rover, from the very start.

Plenty of time, not rushed and good info

From the very first time we walked through the door we couldn’t fault the service! From our first meeting dougie was an outstanding salesman nothing was too much trouble and kept in contact with us from start to finish. Paula stepped in and sat with us explaining thoroughly every detail of the set up of the defender and again couldn’t have asked for a more friendly helpful person to do this along with dougie!
