your automated system did not book my car in properly and your service colleagues did not know the car was due in despite me having a booking confirmation.The car service was done and leaving the car in was very easy. Only disappointment was your automated booking system that contacted me to book the service had not put the booking on your system despite sending me a confirmation of the booking so your team did not know the car was coming in. Despite that the car was serviced and ready when i needed it.
