The process was simple and quickCaitlyn, the Service handler was efficient - kept me informed and keep the vehicle progressing through fitting of parts and the re-scheduling of an MOT test (that had to be re-arranged to accommodate arrival and fitting of parts). Caitlyn also organised a courtesy car when it became clear the car would be in garage for several days.

Louis and Michael in service team are excellent - very good communications etc.Problem is reaching them on phone - often no answer, or messages left and no response. Needs more resource to answer calls.

Leaving aside the fact that the vehicle wasn't to my precise specification, the handover experience was professionally conducted with very clear instructions on vehicle controls, finance etc.
