We spoke with James McIntosh after we heard a noise from our engine. He organised for Sean McCormick to take a look and then we need a new timing chain. From there our warranty claim kicked in - and what should have been an anxious and worrying experience turned into first class service delivered by the entire team especially the fantastic Rhonda. Superb communication, transparent and looked after us like we were the only customers!
