Easy to use and great to get the automated reminders and disclosure on the cost of the service in advance. All helpful and welcome.From arriving in the entrance area and receiving a great welcome from the guys who took the car, to the excellent customer service provided by Louie and the are shown by the team whilst I was waiting in the showroom - as always, my time there was a great experience.
