Rhonda was excellent. She dealt with the issue with our vehicle in a very professional and friendly manner which has given us peace of mind and renewed confidence with Charles Hurts / Land Rover.

I had to go to enterprise for a courtesy car and it is stated on my contract I was get same for same. I got a corsa 1 litre engine with very little comfort as that day was so cold I felt it more.

I tried to check in 3 times online before I successfully achieved it. I kept getting a message "we have encountered a problem, please tell your service contact that you were unable to check in online". I had previously been boked in for another date, so perhaps the system was confused about when I was actually coming which prevented me from checking in. Eventually it seemed to work.Very welcoming friendly staff, from the guy who met me at the door of the service area, Barbara at the service desk and Ross the sales executive. All were professional and polite throughout.

Louis had excellent customer service and a pleasure to deal with.
