Matthew and Jack were excellent, super responsive and kept the communication where it needed to be. The process went very smoothly and in general I was very happy with my experience. There are a couple of issues with the vehicle that I am waiting to be resolved but I would still highly recommend Charles Hurst as a JLR dealer.

Lack of tyre repair kit not pointed out. (And not a dealer issue, but lack of any 12v sockets in a £58000 car is disappointing. So couldn't use a compressor even if I had one.)
