My son Jack and I went to Charles Hurst looking for an Evoque. Jack initially had a telephone conversation with Gary Connolly who invited us down to look at existing stock. From our first conversation with Gary we both felt we made a great connection. Gary could not have been more helpful. Gary kept me updated on new Evoques coming in. I paid a deposit on the Evoque I wanted, unfortunately a bit of work was needed to be done to the vehicle. The part took a lot longer than expected, Thankfully I was provided with a courtesy vehicle. Gary continued to keep me updated as soon as the part arrived and when I could collect my Evoque. All products were explained to me.Both my son Jack and I were extremely impressed with Gary, who went above and beyond. I will definitely be a returning customer.
