Very professional and informative experience

I had only bought this jeep and had covered less than 100 miles when It required a new engine the service team were very professional . It did take 8 weeks to complete the repairs due to parts not a fault of the service department . I was however very disappointed with the sales department .A courtesy call from them would have been nice considering the short time I had the car and with such a major fault. When I bought the jeep it was supposed to be full of fuel it wasn’t . It also would have been nice for it to clean when I received it back from repairs

Service was very good. Collection of car from home, due to illness, was welcomed and good although difficulty was encountered in finding out exactly when car would be collected.,Service on 13 January was expensive for 26000 miles.Repair of fuel tank protector on 27 April was very disappointing and very expensive. Survey of internet shows that this is a common problem, hence major design fault, with Evoques. Disappointing that Land Rover did not contribute more to rectify their failings.

Please please please teach your customer service to Charles hurst jeep. That would be fantastic. They had my rubicon for a week. I picked it up drove it home 26 miles next morning engine management light was on again. That’s the fourth time this has happened.

I was very impressed with sales advisor David Hall he was very helpful courteous and transparent in our dealings with him. I have bought approx 8 vehicles from jeep, but my initial dealings now with Landrover I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend your dealership.
