what made the experience human , and not clinical was your advisor Mark Hanna, i cannot tell you how good he is at his job, and how communicative and understanding he was all wrapped up in a very personable easy to get on with person. This is extremely professional person, as i was very much hesitant in taking my vehicle to CH , as i have been very badly treated in passed with what i called glorified underachieving over hyped individuals who think because they wear suits makes them better than their customers. This is NOT the case with Mark Hanna, who adapts to folks understanding , well done to Mark and team who worked on my Range rover sport Mansory SVR which was approx £240,000 new 4 years ago it came back 100% the way I would expect it, which was not the case with the last Range rover i had in with yourselves which came back with a nasty dent in door !
