An excellent experience in very trying times for the motor supply industry. From the beginning when ordering the vehicle to picking up the car Martin Burns sales executive, “Charles Hurst” Landrover, Belfast gave me very regular updates by both telephone and email, and at all stages I was kept informed of all aspects of my order. I would consider his professional and courteous manner along with his attention to detail as excellent and it made the whole experience enjoyable for me.

After my first visit, it was little disappointing they were unable to diagnose the fault, however I got a call the following day and apologised for not deeper investigation. This was corrected and problem then solved

Emma Johnson was my Customer Adviser and she provided excellent customer service. In particular, she was very professional throughout, had friendly personality and was focused on meeting my requirements. Emma kept me well informed and was very helpful in dealing with an unexpected additional item which was identified by your technician regarding the need to replace a faulty gator at the end of the steering column. The replacement gator was not in stock so Emma arranged for my vehicle to stay in the workshop for it to be ordered and replaced the following day. She also arranged for this work to be done under my extended warranty and arranged a hire car with your partner organisation Enterprise Car Rental to enable to travel home - I had to meet the cost of the hire vehicle £26.51.Unfortunately the replacement part did not arrive the next day. I returned the hire car the next day and picked up my vehicle. Emma contacted me again when the part arrived the following week and arranged for it to be fitted on a day and time that suited my circumstances.I am very please with the work Charles Hurst Land Rover carried out on my vehicle by your technicians and the professional service provided by your Customer Adviser Emma Johnson.However, I am unhappy that I had to meet the cost of a hire car when my vehicle was with you overnight. I have a Charles Hurst Land Rover service plan and extended warranty for my vehicle which represent a significant cost. Prior to the coronavirus pandemic, this would have covered the cost of alternative transport while work was being carried out on my vehicle by way of providing a courtesy car, home pick up and drop off of my vehicle, courtesy taxi / Charles Hurst minibus. In the circumstances, I would have expected Charles Hurst Land Rover to have met the small cost of £26.51 for the hire car on this occasion.

I had an emergent issue & when I phoned the dealership they advised me to come in. When I arrived Emma was very helpful. My car was taken to the workshop & Damien provided regular updates. He & his team went above & beyond and got me on my way. Many thanks to the whole team for all the help

Very disappointed that you don’t offer a dog guard and divider to fit a RRS -p400eAlso annoyed that you were unable to supply a heads-up display for my new car, despite it being ordered last July.

I was told my front brake pads needed replaced and was quoted £450 I think that this price was very expensive. I could get the same job done for £120 at a Landrover service specialist.
