James McIntosh was more than patient with our initial appointment to see the new Discovery and worked hard to set up a deal we felt comfortable with. During what then proved to be a very difficult period for car production he kept us fully informedPaul Herriot also deserves special mention for his calm and helpful manner . Having hit several snags during the car build and then delivery Paul calmly stepped in and resolved the issues and made sure our car was delivered in time for our five week holiday. I have nothing but genuine respect for James and Paul and would gladly recommend Hursts for their customer care and attentive attitude
