When I went to pick up my car, I sat and waited for 5 minutes and a most polite South African came over and offered me a coffee (which was excellent). I finished the coffee and then sat for another 10 - 15 minutes. The gentleman who looked after me in the morning was using his computer and then went into an office. I then spoke with the South African gentleman again to explain I was under time pressure with kids needing picked up. He then went and got the booking in gentleman who gave me my keys and I left. The only issue I had was from when I arrived to pick up my car, it took about 25 minutes before I was able to get my keys and leave.
