Great service salesman very professional.

I am writing to you to advise that we have received a complaint for the below customer.  As the customer has contacted us outside of 6 months since purchasing the goods we have asked that they provided us with evidence to aid the investigation.Goods Details: Land Rover Discovery Sport Diesel SwNew/Used: UsedMileage At POS/POI: 54618Current Mileage: 110,000Agreement Number: 118275827The customer has advised us of the following fault/s;• Four DPF replacements.• Rattling noise from the engine.• Ad blue fault – Showing incorrect mileage.• Manifold absolute pressure.• New blower motor/fan.• Sensor replacement.• Timing chain replaced.• Loss of power.• Vehicle breakdown.• New engine is required.Has a CEC case been raised for this customer via an AVC or Goodwill? if so, please provide the reference, the date it was opened and any further details of any compensation/goodwill that has been paid to the customer to datePlease confirm if you have submitted an AVC / Goodwill contribution due to the customer’s request to receive a replacement vehicle /reject the goodsAt this time we do not need any further information from you. Good afternoonI am writing to you to advise that we have received a complaint for the below customer. OC attempted to get the vehicle into the garage again but was unable to do so, therefore the previous update remained. In 2025, the vehicle had a recall warning stating the vehicle could lose power whilst driving, increasing the risk of a crash. OC has contacted the garage and they are not willing to collect the vehicle and advised OC would have to drive it to them which OC is not willing to do due to the panic caused by the recall.At this time we do not need any further information from you. Dealt with David Hall purchasing a Defender. He couldn’t have been more helpful in helping me purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and had the car ready extremely quickly for collection. At handover I was treated no different buying a second hand car than someone purchasing new. Great service all round.

System had wrong car associated to my number plate. Said it was an Audi A4 and not a Discovery.Fast check in car was ready to collect at agreed time. Communication was spot on.
