Understandable given time of year however no-one was available to take a phone call during the afternoon in advance of collection. In fairness I was contacted both by emails (I had not checked) and a phone call later that afternoon to let me know car ready for collection.

Booking had not documented my request to have car collected. Luckily I checked the day prior to service and was able to rectify. Otherwise CH would not have had car to service.

Linzi was the lady taken care of myself when bringing my car in, I’d only had it just over a year and it was already calling for a service not to mention the recall I had to bring it in for before that. Service team are great when in the dealership Linzi arranged a lift for me to town and return and also called me when the car was ready.

There was an error in the booking and my appointment was not in the system. However, after a conversation with Michael Convery I was fitted into the schedule and even though it took a bit longer (It was explained that this may be the case), my vehicle was serviced. Contented customer.

The Land Rover sales representative, Mr Stephen Green, who I was dealing with did a first rate job. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and he made the whole process easy and pressure free. When it comes to purchasing my next Land Rover I hope to be dealing with Stephen again. Excellent service!

We had an excellent sales representative assisting us called Mr Philip Wilson. He took plenty of time to answer all of our questions. Making the whole experience simple and refreshingly stress free. The ability to sign for the jeep via email was also a more purchaser focused method to compete. I was able to take time to review the documentation sent and then sign for the jeep without having to be in the showroom. All in all a first class service.

I was wells look after, I arrived earlier that my time and was taken almost straight away, I didn’t get the gentleman’s name that signed me in but he was very welcoming . On my return to collect my car I was looked after by Mr Robert Davidson who was most helpful & friendly.
