Stephen Surgenor looked after my vehicle change. As we were about one month out from handover Covid-19 lockdown hit. Throughout this disruption and challenging time Stephen ensured the order was tracked and I was kept informed with a contact I could use for any concerns or queries. I have been more than delighted with the service recieved.

Service was fine, disappointing that no service to customer on transport & not offering reimbursement fora taxi even! Also no valet on car either. Understand COVID-19 but this is not necessary. Was in a Landrover dealer in Dublin and they provided the normal customer experience.

Service manager (Robert) was excellent and did everything to accommodate. Inspection video was reassuring. However, the car really needed systems updates. I realise current situation is unique but I should have been made aware updates were pending for the car and I’d therefore recommend your processes should require you to notify owners of system updates pending.
