Thank you to Dougie and Paula for giving us first-hand customer experience and their time yesterday on the collection on my new Range Rover Evoque. It was a real customer oriented approach and it was all about me and the car. The handover was seamless and the car fully explained. Be cause it is not easy to sigh your name at the end . It took 56 days to have our vehicle looked at it seems along wait for something so important as the security system of the car .

All went to plan.

It was east to use and I was able to add some extra information for the service team Lewis in Charles Hurst Land Rover was excellent from start to finish. Communication was great and the vehicle service completed at the time promised.
