Caitlin was excellent at keeping me informed at every stage. She was extremely helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend dealing with her to my family and friends.

Staff were courteous, timescales were met and the work needing done was explained a very efficient team.

The process was simple and quick Caitlyn, the Service handler was efficient - kept me informed and keep the vehicle progressing through fitting of parts and the re-scheduling of an MOT test (that had to be re-arranged to accommodate arrival and fitting of parts). Caitlyn also organised a courtesy car when it became clear the car would be in garage for several days.

Great service

Louis and Michael in service team are excellent - very good communications etc. Problem is reaching them on phone - often no answer, or messages left and no response. Needs more resource to answer calls.
