We spoke with James McIntosh after we heard a noise from our engine. He organised for Sean McCormick to take a look and then we need a new timing chain. From there our warranty claim kicked in - and what should have been an anxious and worrying experience turned into first class service delivered by the entire team especially the fantastic Rhonda. Superb communication, transparent and looked after us like we were the only customers!

Good customer service. DPF was not a warranty issue so an unanticipated expense which was partly funded by Charles Hirst which is appreciated.

The lady who helped me at the service dept was extremely helpful. I would go as far as to say she has been the most helpful staff member I have dealt with at LR to date.
