Friendly service dealing with issues on the day. However one point to note is that it was almost two months of a time lag to get a service appointment. This seems very excess especially as the letters sent to me to get the software updates implied that they could be done at very short notice and almost while you wait.

Getting the work done was well organised by the girl on reception. Making the appointment with girl based in Scotland was dreadful. I live approx 40 miles from Charles Hurst and no courtesy car was available. First time since 1984 when I bought my first XJ. I have had 14 new Xjs and 3 range rovers. I had to take a taxi at a cost of £73. I took a bus back the next day to Belfast plus taxi to CHurst. This experience was not good enough for a long term customer!!

During my interaction with Land Rover Belfast I had a very positive customer services experience. There some delays due to availability of parts but Jennifer kept me informed throughout the process.
