Richard and Julian at Maserati was wonderful. They were so helpful and accommodating. They got back in touch with answers to more difficult questions I had asked and they called after I'd had the car and a chance to drive it to see how I was getting on. As a Sales team I am honestly so thrilled to have dealt with them.Separately, I had an issue with the system in the car today. The Services team have been responsive and communicative. It's probably just a minor electronic issue and I have no doubt the issue will be sorted ASAP. While the problem is an annoyance, every effort has been made to minimise disruption for us. So honestly, thanks so much to the Maserati team

Julian managed the whole sales process from start to finish. He was absolutely excellent and I doubt without his enthusiasm or genuine passion for the brand I would have ordered the Ghibli Trofeo. Getting a test drive in Maseratis Demo car which Julian organised me to get a drive in, again this was incredibly important. Michael was also excellent in providing the best finance option and made the process super easy. My thanks to them both!

He anticipates and covers off lots of different inputs, with ease. He is always good humoured and flexible, even prepared to stay late, to affect a pick-up and brief on what the mechanics have been up to - in a nutsell .. Excellent!
