We haven’t actually picked the car up yet.But up to now everybody has been spot-on.

Met with Julian, who was great. He talked me through the car, history of the model and organised a test drive for me that very morning. I have all the financial information I require at present and will pick up discussions again with Julian in March 2023 which is my preferred date for acquiring a new vehicle. Best customer service experienced to date at Charles Hurst.

The approach from from Julian was by way of introducing himself just to say hello and welcome me to the dealership.
