The approach from from Julian was by way of introducing himself just to say hello and welcome me to the dealership. Excellent and very professional service provided by Julian.From enquiry, to providing a short video of the car to help make the decision that it was the right car.No service plan was offered only because I am collecting the car and taking it into England so it wasn’t appropriate.The only issue we had was the difference in MOT requirements between Northern Ireland and mainland of 4 years, however Julian organized an MOT at a local garage to my home postcode.Many thanks for you help.

Richard Waite, who now runs the servicing department at Charles Hurst Specialist is OUTSTANDING - nothing is too much trouble and he always goes out of his way to help, explain and communicate. A call, message or e mail is never left unanswered ... I have been a Charles Hurst Specialist Customer for years and since Richard arrived, customer service has improved 1,000% ... I now look forward to visiting Boucher Road and enjoying a cup of coffee + a chat!
