Julian was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable - unfortunately due to the fact our boiler and heating system packed up I had to reduce my budget by 10k euro meaning that the Maserati was no longer an option for me however I had such a positive experience of Charles Hurst through my dealings with Julian that I decided to see what else you had on offer and I am buying a F Pace from Dougie who I must also say was really great to deal with, thank you for taking the time and effort to employ such great staff
