Service above and beyond as usual ... Richard Wait at Specialist has really got a grip on customer needs and communication requirements. He anticipates and covers off lots of different inputs, with ease. He is always good humoured and flexible, even prepared to stay late, to affect a pick-up and brief on what the mechanics have been up to - in a nutsell .. Excellent!
