Was interested in a pip car. Dealer said I had to pay £550 on top of my £500 deposit for a care package. Told them I didn't order it and he replied the previous customer who was to take the car had ordered it. Told them that it was their loss not mine.I rang back a couple of days later to speak to a guy called Brendan. Told him I would take the car but wasn't paying for the care package. He went to ask the manager thinking he put me on hold. I heard him tell the manager I'd been in a couple of days before but I left in a huff. I didn't not leave in a huff. I simply said we were going home to think about it.Terrible service. So glad I didn't take a car from Charles hurst. Wouldn't never use them after that.

Bought a pre registered Nissan duke five weeks ago ,returning customer have bought fro Nissan two years ago so change cars regularly ,cash paying so nice easy sale.When I went to pick up my new car was told that my log book would follow so that I can change ownership and change tax over,countless phone calls,leaving messages assured I would have it five weeks down the line still no firms so I can change ownership.Poor customer service for a supposedly valued retuning customer as much to say will not be returning after this shambolic sale

My wife and I called to look at something for her to drive. We were well met by the salesman, who proceeded to demonstrate the most suitable vehicles for my wife - to include a short drive in one. We remain not interested in fully electric car.
