The customer service from Charles Hurst Nissan was second to none from the very beginning from enquiring regarding purchasing a new vehicle right until collecting it. The helpfulness, friendliness and over all attitude of staff was fantastic, they couldn’t do enough for me. I also really appreciated the constant line of communication in relation to the progress of the purchase as it put my mind at ease and answered any question no matter how trivial. This was a superb experience particularly in comparison to the service I received else where. I cannot recommend the Nissan sales team enough!

Had a few problems at first, However, Charles Hurst Nissan was not to blame. The fault lay with Nissan U.K. themselves for supplying the wrong part, not once but twice in supplying the incorrect part Charles Hurst Boucher road did everything they could to remedy the situation they found them selves in. I thank all involved for doing their best under impossible circumstances.

Asked to get a sqeak in front seat fixed but was told he hadn't time!!
