The sales advisor,, Nicole, was very helpful. She gave me good advice based on my requirements. Unfortunately the vehicle I was after was out of my price range once the figures where run. Nicole however was very understanding and wished me well on search for a car

Very straightforward process. Shane was great and very professional, enabling me to get on with the Test Drive. Questions answered clearly about the car. Perhaps a simpler way to tell the customer the part exchange valuation - upfront rather than having to deduce things - but that's down to me too :)
