It would have been a 5, however, when I had my previous model, I could always wait for it and it would be done within the hour, 90 mins tops, this time - despite it being brought for 8.45am , I was told it wouldn't be ready until after 1pm, the reason was given that there weren't enough mechanics - then, my husband and I had to walk home, no offer of a lift - like other car places like BMW offer to their customers - i live over an hour away by foot.

Very happy with the service. All work carried out as agreed and my car was left washed and charged when I collected it.
