I bought Approved Used Nissan Juke last year at Nissan Boucher Road, Belfast. From that time, the car constantly had a problem related to engine. I brought my car to Nissan service about 7 or 8 times with the same issue related to engine, but the problem could not be fixed. It is annoying and unacceptable, as the Nissan Approved Used Cars should have a good quality. The last time with the Nissan service on 12 Oct. 2023 is quite good. Nathan Brown is supportive and helpful. He received my car and updated car' status in the service. He also confirmed the problem was fixed and car also was driven-tested. Hope the problem related to engine was fixed as it is terrible to go to service again and again with the same problem.

Met by friendly, welcoming staff member - Dorothy - who dealt with me quickly and efficiently. Previously when work was identified on the car I was offered the opportunity of waiting further until it was done which I always availed. Unfortunately on this occassion I was asked to book another visit to have this done which is not as convenient.

Very quick & easy to use The service advisorTerry was fantastic from as soon as I entered the showroom he was very welcoming & informative about how long the car would take to be ready when we came back he was ready with the keys and escorted us out to the front of the showroom to show us exactly where the car was parked which he had cleaned also in the car was was a gift and his card if we needed anymore help now or in the future, fantastic service .

Thanks to Shane for all his expert advice and knowledge. Also his patience as I was having trouble making up my mind. He made replacing my Juke to a newer model a seamless and stress free experience. I have dealt with Hurst Nissan for many years and I can honestly say the sales service in Boucher Road is the best!
