Have always received a welcome at the Service dept at this dealership. Friendly and helpful staff from start to finish, especially Gary. Nathan was a new guy on the block to me on this visit but pleasant and helpful in his role. Only other comment would be to consider giving a discount to regular customers who leave their vehicle in for work to be carried out.

My problems were with Nissan not Hursts. Having two new steering wheels on a vehicle with less than 9000 miles is not good enough. The length of time it took for the new parts to arrive and the subsequent amount it time I had to drive a faulty vehicle was not good enough. That is down to Nissan not Hursts.
