Customer Comments:Bought a Nissan Qashqai from Charles Hurst last March. Amongst other issues I had concerns at the time that the car I part exchanged against the Qashqai was not properly processed. Since then I have received a parking violation where my old car was illegally parked at the international airport and have now been sent a tax renewal request for the old car. Both times I have to go through the hassle of providing proof that I am no longer the legal owner of the vehicle. I would be extremely grateful if someone could please update your records or make the necessary amendments so I don't receive any further notifications about a vehicle I no longer own. Thank you

Things went well Andrew, was very helpful and knowledgeable &made the purchase pretty smooth, my only problem was I did not know until I got the key there was only 1 and I needed to wait a fortnight for the second one, aside from that everything was good,regards Alan

mid december booked a service cust lives 75 miles away, drove to Belfast and the cust needed a CC. 2 o clock in the afternoon the car hadnt been touched. apoligised and booked in afterer Xmas. Cust had an appointment today with a consultant. Cust was to pick up a CC and drop the vehicle off today advised the CC would be in here in 5 mins. Cust has had a panic attack and missed his appointment at the hospital. An hour and a half his car hadnt moved. The cust then took the keys back and left. He is not happy with the service as it is disgraceful.
