My experience was just excellent. Everything was explained throughout. Being visited at home and transporting me to and from Belfast meant so much as I don't know Belfast. At no time did I feel under pressure to purchase. Shane's professional yet friendly manner meant a lot. Then telling me to ring if I had any further questions was very helpful. The young lady in the office was helpful too. While waiting different members of staff offered me a tea or coffee and all were really attentive. Thank you all.. I won't hesitate to recommend Charles Hurst. Well done everyone.
