This visit was a result of a repeating fault, which I reported to Nissan UK Service team. The initial contact with the remote Servicing department was unhelpful and not what I've become used to from Hurst's over the years. As this was a recurring fault which affected the starting and running of the car the long wait for a date for inspection and repair, approx. 3 weeks was stressful and not inspiring confidence. Once at Hurst's, as is usual, the assistance of Gary McDonagh was again exemplary and epitomised what "service" is all about. At the same time as the warranty issue was being looked at, I asked if the annual service which was due in March could be carried out as well. This was agreed upon and from there everything went smoothly, both being completed and the car returned to me at the estimated time. Nissan UK had been informed of the original breakdowns and now I can report back to them on how pleased I am with Gary and his team's work and hope that the fault is cured permanently.
