HI there, Andy who works in Belfast is absolutely fantastic. We did all our meetings over the phone. Basically I had to enter into an IVA recently and have to lower my car payments. Andy understood the assignment and sourced a vehicle to fit my budget but RCI Finance wouldn't approved. I've had to voluntarily terminate my contract which I am devastated by. The IVA company and someone in RCI had both said it should go through fine...
