When car was serviced the issue we had about the petrol flap was not fixed but Charles Hurst was told about this beforehand but we still have the same issue.The petrol flap is still open as the AA told us it would get sorted at the Branch.

I am a returning customer solely due to the great customer service I received from Andrew Gibson last year. I bought my last Juke from Andrew Gibson and was so impressed by his knowledge, helpfulness, friendly demeanour and excellent customer service that I returned this year to upgrade my Juke. As always Andrew went above and beyond his duties to help me choose the right car. Within a day of enquiring Andrew had a car brought from Chimney Corner to Boucher Road for me to view. I took it for a test drive and bought it. That evening Andrew had all the documentation emailed to me and the next day had the car ready for collection. Even though Andrew was extremely busy, he took the time to explain all the different gadgets on the car and set up my phone, music, auto feature etc. and made sure I was completely happy before I drove off in my new car. Andrew always provides a great after sales service and I know that if I ever have any problems or queries that all I have to do is email or phone him and he will have it sorted without any hassle or delay. I just collected a new Nissan Juke off Brendan from boucher road Belfast Motability team, he was brilliant from start to finish.His communication was great from we ordered the vehicle with him, it did take 12 months for the car too arrive, but Brendan always kept in contact with us too make us aware off any changes or delays with the delivery status off the car.I would highly recommend family and friends to make an appointment with Brendan if they were interested in Nissan.Thanks Brendan!
