I am responding to an email for booking my car for service. The Lookers web sit does not recognise my reg no. A phone call to service puts me on hold. A phone call to sales gets a reply and a confirmation that the car is booked on, but unable to give me an answer as to why the lookers site does not recognise my reg no

Plenty of information, great service.

I went in to get the car serviced on Wednesday morning and wasn’t feeling the best the girl greeted me and ask if she could help me and I explained I was there for my two year car service she took my name and car registration and she explained it had been booked in for a later date in the month I told her I had had two phone calls and the second call had said it was for the 12 November she told me not to worry and said have a seat and I will sort it for you as I was worried that I would have to come back again she came back and told me it was sorted and ask if I would like a cup of tea or coffee she kept me informed how the service was going and came back smiling with my keys and walked me out to show me where my car was parked and helped me into my car .I have always got my cars from Charles Hurst will always will not only do they look after my vehicle but the staff look after the customers and the girl called Bee was more than good

Overall disappointing, picked my my electric car, they had forgotten to do a battery health check, the car was moderately clean with the dealer picking out a few bits of rubbish from the boot and discarding them on the ground and saying sorry about that, I mentioned that the second key wasn't working and was told that it was, after the dealer taking the key from me and trying it for himself he discovered the second key wasn't even for my car! He said I can book you in and give you a courtesy car for a day while we get you another key sorted, this is highly inconvenient for me given I work and have young children and am not local to the dealership! As someone who is a returning customer I doubt I'll return in the future. After my first test drive I was told that the charging cables are in the dealership, there is a standard cable along with a 3 pin plug one, however upon collection I was told there was in fact no 3 pin plug charger, but I should look online if I want to purchase one.I also asked upon collection did someone forget to put the mats back after they cleaned the car, the dealer said we don't supply mats they are £100 extra if I would like them, in my opinion a car at over £10,000 it is ludicrous to ask for extra for car mats.Charles Hurst have contacted me about coming to get my new key, the guy who called me from the workshop side has said it'll only take an hour so I can hang around the dealership and wait. Again with 2 young kids asking them to wait around a dealership is far from ideal, costing me charge miles to get there and back. Plus an inconvenience to my busy schedule for something that should have been sorted before arrival, just like my battery check which they had to rush to complete after forgetting.Happy to provide more information if/when needed.Jamie

Shane was brilliant. Unfortunately due to external reasons we couldn't proceed but his service was excellent

Blair was everything one would want from a Sales Executive. No hard sell, did everything he could to help and if the Nissan had been the right car would have won the business. The Nissan had the best powertrain but the looks and interior of the Terramar won in the end.

Pleasant helpful staff.

Hi,So, the receptionist Bea was lovely. I was a bit concerned when another person said my care had had a recall on it, when I asked when, he said that it was from the week before. I said nothing, I asked why it had been recalled and he said it was to do with the fuel pump. Anyway, it is all sorted, car is working as it always did.I don’t do Google or the other one, so this is the way you get your review I’m afraid.Regards,Deborah Lennon

Friendly communication

I wish to raise a complaint about my visit to your dealership today. I was informed that my key was unable to be coded to my vehicle as it was the incorrect key and that the key blade was not the correct one for my car.I have employed the service of a specialist who has been able to check the key blade is correct and in fact does open the divers door and operates the vehicles central locking. The engineer was quickly able to correctly code the actual key to my Nissan Navara.I would like to request a refund for the amount £177.60.
