This was my first visit to Charles Hurst Nissan and I was very well looked after. Nathan was prompt in giving me an update on progress of service. Excellent customer service, very helpful in booking and flexible to meet my needs. Great comms throughout progress. Very smooth , friendly, transparent . All staff I engaged with a pleasure to deal with , fantastic customer service and interpersonal skills. A credit to the organisation.

Excellent customer service, we both agreed on everything but the price for my vehicle. I do understand the dealership has tò make a profit but when they are selling the same make and spec car as mine for six thousand pounds more that what they were offering me, and I was willing to trade my car for a two thousand pound drop but not six thousand.
