Although the car has been slightly dented while during the service, I'm very happy with the service and with the proposed plan to take care of the dent on my return from holidays in the New Year. Once again, communication makes things run smoother, and I'd like to thank Miles Cowie (particularly) and his colleagues (in general) for easing what could've been a much more complicated matter Hopefully, it'll be fully resolved in the new year.
